Strategic. Purposeful. Driven by Impact.
May 2026 Duke University Graduate | Psychology & Human Rights | Aspiring Legal, Programmatic & Consulting Professional
"I've always believed that the best outcomes come from asking better questions — not just accepting the first answer."
That instinct has driven everything from leading a $30,000 orientation program at Duke to helping the Metro Nashville Mayor's Office secure $50,000 in economic development funding and restore a key state certification. I don't chase the flashiest path. I pursue the one with the most meaningful impact.
Duke shaped me in ways I didn't fully anticipate. Studying Psychology and Human Rights gave me a dual lens — the science of how people think and behave, alongside the moral framework of why that matters in the world. That combination shows up in everything I do: how I approach complex problems, communicate across difference, and build trust quickly.
I'm resilient by nature and resourceful by practice. Whether supporting a legal team, shaping organizational strategy, or driving a policy initiative, my goal is always the same: do excellent work, create real value, and leave things better than I found them.

Christiana doesn't just execute — she analyzes, anticipates, and connects the dots. Her instinct to ask better questions has led to measurably better outcomes throughout her academic and professional career.
She communicates complex ideas with clarity and empathy. Whether working with senior government officials, student teams, or legal faculty, she builds trust quickly and works well across difference.
Her track record is defined by delivering results in complex, high-stakes environments — from legal compliance to government partnerships — with professionalism, composure, and follow-through.
"Christiana demonstrated advanced research capabilities, exceptional judgment, and a level of professionalism rarely seen in early-career professionals. She was trusted to independently liaise with Metro Legal, Metro Finance, and the Tennessee Economic and Community Development office — work typically assigned to professional staffers. She handled sensitive, high-profile projects with utmost discretion and integrity, and her leadership directly resulted in securing a $50,000 grant for economic infrastructure and re-establishing Davidson County's ThreeStar certification. Christiana is the real deal."
